The Ukrainian Institute for Conservative Studies and Innovations is proud to announce that our expert Konstantin Kolesnikov has been appointed as the interim director of the Ivano-Frankivsk Lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Kolesnikov is a specialist with many years of experience in the field of education.
Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor. Officer of the Information and Communication Department of the Personnel Section of the Headquarters of the 12th Special Forces Brigade “AZOV”.
From 1999 to 2023. worked at the Academy of the Customs Service of Ukraine (since 2014 – University of Customs and Finance, Dnipro) as Associate Professor, Head of the Department of State Law and Customs Policy, Dean of the Law Faculty, Professor, Head of the Department of History and Theory of State and Law.
This appointment is a recognition of his competence and professionalism, as well as a confirmation of the importance of the values we promote at UICRI. “We are sincerely proud of our experts who are worthy and true Ukrainians.
