PRIVACY POLICY

This Policy establishes the procedure for processing personal data provided by customers who use the website https://conservative.study/ and its separate services to receive or provide services by the “Ukrainian Institute of Conservative Research and Innovation” (hereinafter – the Contractor). The policy defines the types of personal data collected, the purpose of using such personal data, the interaction of the Contractor with third parties, security measures for the protection of personal data, the terms of access to personal data, as well as contact information for the user regarding obtaining access, making changes, blocking or deleting your personal data and dealing with any questions that may arise regarding personal data protection practices.

The performer respects the confidential (personal) information of all persons, without exception, who visited the Site https://conservative.study/, as well as those who use the services provided by the Site and the services offered; in connection with this, the Contractor strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Site’s services for each user. The text of the Policy is available to users on the Internet at https://conservative.study/. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Policy, the user must immediately stop any use of the Site and refrain from ordering services.

  1. TERMS AND THEIR DEFINITIONS.
    • User – any natural person who has access to the Site, who uses the Site via the Internet, including the Customer of the Contractor’s services.
    • Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a certain or specified natural person (subject of personal data).
    • Processing of personal data – any action or set of actions performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
    • Dissemination of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons.
    • Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons.
    • Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of processing of personal data (except for cases when processing is necessary to clarify personal data).
    • Use of personal data – actions (operations) with personal data carried out by the Contractor for the purpose of making decisions or performing other actions that generate legal consequences for the subject of personal data or other persons or otherwise affect the rights and freedoms of the subject of personal data or other persons
    • Depersonalization of personal data – actions, as a result of which it becomes impossible without the use of additional information to determine the belonging of personal data to a specific subject of personal data.
    • Destruction of personal data – actions, as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the information system of personal data and (or) as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed.
    • Cookies are data that are automatically transmitted to the Contractor in the process of using the Site with the help of software installed on the user’s device, including IP address, geographic location, information about the browser and the type of operating system of the user’s device, technical characteristics of the equipment and software that used by the user, date and time of access to the Site. Cookies can be permanent (they are called persistent cookies) and are stored on the computer until the user deletes them, or temporary (such cookies are called session cookies), that is, they are stored only until the browser is closed. In addition, cookies are divided into primary (they are set directly by the visited Site) and third-party (set by other sites).
    • An IP address is a numerical designation used by computers on a network to identify the computer each time it accesses the Internet.

  1. CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
    • The User accepts the terms of the policy and gives the Contractor informed and conscious consent to the processing of his personal data under the conditions provided for by the policy and the Law:
      • When submitting an application for the services of the Contractor, by filling out the application form located on the Site, it is considered that the user has given his consent to the processing of his personal data when he clicked the “SIGN UP” button;
      • When filling out a feedback form – for personal data that the user provides to the Contractor when filling out a feedback form on the Internet on the Site and electronic services (Google, etc.).
      • Registration for training by filling in the fields of the application for registration for training located on the Internet on the Site.
      • When sending copies of personal and payment documents to the Contractor to receive services. It is considered that the user has given his consent to the processing of his personal data at the time of sending the documents to the e-mail address – ua@conservative.study.
      • During any use of the Site – for personal data that is automatically transferred to the Contractor in the process of using the Site using the software installed on the user’s device. It is considered that the user has given his consent to the processing of his personal data when he started using the Site.
    • The user’s consent to the processing of his personal data by the Executor is valid from the date of consent to their processing (clause 2.1. of the Policy) and during the period necessary to achieve the goals of personal data processing.
    • The user has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

  1. CONSENT OF THE USER TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA
    • The Contractor assumes that when providing personal data on the Site, the User:
      • Confirms that he has all the necessary rights that allow him to purchase civil rights for himself and exercise them independently, as well as is capable of creating civil duties for himself by his actions, performing them independently and bearing responsibility in case of non-fulfillment;
      • Provides reliable information about himself in the amounts necessary for using the Site, and keeps the provided personal data up-to-date.
      • In the case of sending the Performer his image through the Site or the e-mail address specified on the Site – on a free basis, he gives his consent to the use of this image for purposes not related to establishing the identity of the user. The user undertakes not to provide photos of third parties as the user’s image.
      • Understands that the information provided to the Contractor through the use of the Site may become available to consultants, teachers and other employees, contractors and partners of the Contractor.
      • Understands that any telephone conversations he has with representatives of the Contractor are automatically recorded for the purpose of monitoring the quality of user service, as well as to resolve conflicting and conflicting situations that may arise in such telephone conversations. At the same time, the User gives his consent to such automatic recording of telephone conversations and storage of such recordings.
      • Acquainted with this Policy, he expresses his informed and conscious consent to it.

  1. USE OF INFORMATION
    • The information received from the user will be used for the following purposes:
      • Identification of the telephone number when contacting the Contractor.
      • Providing support services.
      • Prevention of fraud.
      • Maintaining communication by means of calls, SMS messages, e-mails.
      • Fulfillment of obligations to the user (Customer) who signed up for training.
      • Sending advertising messages to the user (Customer); targeting of advertising materials.
      • Improvement of the quality of user service and modernization of the Site by processing requests and applications from the user.
      • Statistical and other research based on depersonalized information provided by the user.

  1. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
    • Personal data of the user (Customer) processed by the Contractor include:
      • Full Name;
      • date of birth;
      • mobile phone number;

      • account data in social networks and electronic services (links to user profiles on Facebook, Linkedin, Google, Twitter, etc.);
      • image;
      • place of work, profession;
      • country and city;
      • IP address;
      • files cookies;
      • parameters and settings of Internet browsers (User-agent).
    • The executor does not collect any information for the processing of which certain requirements are established by law, such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions for committing a crime or conviction to criminal punishment, as well as data related to health, sexual life, biometric or genetic data.
    • The contractor collects data on the statistics of visits to the Site. The information may contain information about the connection, traffic, the user’s browser, as well as about the date, time, duration of work on the Internet and stay on the Site.

  1. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
    • The processing and storage of provided personal data is carried out in data centers where the equipment that ensures the functioning of the Site services is located. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the personal data base or in a separate table of the Site database.
    • Personal data is processed using automated systems, except when non-automated processing of personal data is necessary.
    • The processing of the user’s personal data includes the following actions by the Executor: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
    • The storage of personal data can be carried out until the moment of their destruction by the Contractor – in the event of a withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data or a request for the destruction of personal data from the user; until the expiration of the consent period or the achievement of the goals of personal data processing.
    • The contractor has the right to transfer personal data to third parties.

  1. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
    • The contractor takes the necessary and sufficient legal, organizational and technical measures to protect the information provided by users from illegal or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with it by third parties. However, despite its best efforts, the Contractor cannot guarantee absolute security against any threats arising outside of the Contractor’s control.
    • The contractor uses standard work methods: encrypted communication, guarded premises, network protection systems and password protection systems to ensure the confidentiality of personal data.
    • The contractor provides access to information and personal data only to authorized employees who have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of such information.
    • The Site may contain links to other websites (exclusively for informational purposes). If you link to other websites, this Policy will not apply to those websites. In this regard, the Contractor recommends that you familiarize yourself with the policy in the field of privacy and personal data of each site before transferring personal data by which you can be identified.

  1. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
    • The executor reserves the right to make changes and additions from time to time and without prior notice to the user, including when the requirements of the law change.
    • The user is obliged to familiarize himself with the text of the Policy every time when using the Site.
    • The new edition of the Policy enters into force from the moment of its placement in the relevant section of the Site. Continuing to use the Site or its services after the publication of a new version of the Policy means acceptance of the Policy and its terms by the user. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Policy, the user must immediately stop using the Site and its services.
