Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor. Officer of the information and communication department of the personnel section of the headquarters of the 12th Special Forces Brigade “AZOV”.

His research interests include historiosophy, history of customs relations and military affairs of antiquity.

He is the author of more than 200 articles and abstracts, co-author of several collective monographs on the history of customs relations and foreign economic activity of Ukraine and the world from antiquity to the present.

In 1999, he defended his PhD thesis on “Ukrainian Historical Science and Historiosophy at the Turn of the Nineteenth and Twentieth Centuries.”

In 2013, he defended his doctoral dissertation in world history on “Customs Relations in the Northern Black Sea Region of the Ancient World: Problems of Interpretation.”

From 1999 to 2023. worked at the Academy of the Customs Service of Ukraine (since 2014 – University of Customs and Finance, Dnipro) as Associate Professor, Head of the Department of State Law and Customs Policy, Dean of the Law Faculty, Professor, Head of the Department of History and Theory of State and Law.
