He has experience in three global areas: personal development, human resource management, and business administration.

Content of the discipline:

Personal experience of a participant of training groups (157 hours: 112 hours of personal experience, 45 hours of independent study of the theory, – 7 sessions of 2 days per month)

Basic trainings:

communication training,
training in communication skills and techniques,
personal growth group,
teamwork training.

Focused trainings:

negotiation training,
management training,
Conflict resolution training.

Theoretical training:

knowledge of general provisions and basic concepts in the field of general and social psychology, management psychology, basics of psychological counseling; theory of interpersonal interaction, group theory, theory of social and psychological training.

Methodological training:

principles and rules for organizing group process, organization of group dynamics in CBT, facilitation, systems of psychotechnical exercises and procedures, preparation of information blocks;
operational level of development of group management skills; skills in developing author’s training programs;

The training system involves colloquia, writing essays, and preparing practical work.

For more in-depth training, the program provides various forms of internships lasting 80 hours.
