Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor, Ph.D. in History, Chief Scientific Secretary of the Association of Political Sciences of Ukraine, Academician of the Academy of Political Sciences.

She worked as a Leading Research Scientist at the Department of Theoretical and Applied Problems of Political Science at the I.F. Kuras Institute of Political and Ethnic Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (2008-2019).

Doctoral dissertation topic: “Electoral technologies in Ukraine (based on the experience of parliamentary elections)”.

He is the author of more than 150 scientific and methodological publications.

She is a regular participant in scientific and practical conferences, round tables, Kuras Readings, a member of the Ukrainian School of Archetype; a member of the organizing committee of the III, IV and V, VI, VII Congresses of Political Scientists of Ukraine.

He is the author of the concept and executive secretary of the first refereed journals in Ukraine “Politics. Political Sciences” and “Economics. Economic Sciences”, “History. Historical Sciences” (1997-2006)

He has been teaching at the Department of Public Relations and Journalism at the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts since January 2002. disciplines such as Political Science, Theory and History of PR, Political Systems of the World, Research in PR, Political PR, Political Communications, Political Consulting, etc.

Research interests: electoral processes, PR-activities, political technologies, the French political system, conservatism as a modern ideology, information and communication technologies, etc.

She has participated in numerous analytical projects on information influences in eastern Ukraine, means of counteracting them, hybrid wars, specifics of regime transformations, etc. (from 2013 to the present).
